International Zafer Regional Airport project is the first regional airport project of Turkey. It is designed in line with regional aviation policies in order to meet the total transportation demand of Kütahya, Afyon and Uşak provinces. The project is being constructed by IC İÇTAŞ İNŞAAT with Build – Operate – Transfer model.
The project will be completed with Build – Operate – Transfer model. The contract signed between DHMI (General Directorate of State Airports Authority) and IC İÇTAŞ İNŞAAT will cover a period is 32 years and 11 months, and the airport will be transferred to DHMI at the end.
